Welcome to Earify Pro. By accessing or using our ear training application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Earify Pro.

Earify Pro is an online ear training platform designed to help musicians develop their musical hearing abilities through interactive exercises, quizzes, and games.

Our service includes:

• Interval recognition training
• Chord identification exercises
• Scale practice
• Rhythm training
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Achievement system
• Interactive games

To use Earify Pro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential account notifications, as well as occasional promotional and educational emails. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• We do not store your credit card information
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Settings page. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be issued for the remaining days
• Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
• Your progress and data will be preserved

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Earify Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall Earify Pro, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of use
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may delete it through the Settings page.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
